  • 1. Requirement communication and product positioning

Objective: To clarify the market positioning, efficacy (such as anti-aging, moisturizing, whitening, etc.), target population and competitive product benchmarking of essence cream.

Processing plant work: Provide market trend analysis and assist brand owners in determining the core selling points of their products.

    2. Formula development and sample making

Processing plant work: Develop basic formulas according to requirements, conduct stability and safety tests (such as anti-corrosion challenges and allergy tests).

Sample confirmation: Provide 1-3 versions of samples, and the brand needs to review the texture, odor, absorption, and other user experience.

    3. Preparation of raw materials and packaging materials

Raw material procurement: The processing plant purchases main materials (such as active ingredients, plant extracts) and auxiliary materials (emulsifiers, preservatives, etc.) according to the formula. Some brands may designate raw material suppliers (such as imported raw materials).

Customization of packaging materials: including bottle body, bottle cap, packaging box, labels, etc., requires confirmation of material (glass/plastic), capacity (30ml/50ml), and printing process (hot stamping, UV).

    4. Production scheduling and mass production

Production process: raw material weighing → emulsification stirring → cooling homogenization → filling → packaging → quality inspection.

Capacity coordination: Brand manufacturers need to confirm the minimum order quantity (usually 500-10000 bottles) and delivery time with the processing plant in advance.

    5. Quality inspection and filing

Testing items: Microbial indicators, pH value, heavy metal content, efficacy claim testing (such as moisturizing power testing).

Regulatory compliance: Complete the registration of cosmetics (non special purpose cosmetics need to be registered on the National Medical Products Administration platform).

    6. Finished product delivery and after-sales service

Acceptance criteria: Brand manufacturers shall inspect the integrity of product packaging, batch number, and quality inspection report in accordance with the contract requirements.

Follow up support: The processing plant can provide market training and after-sales problem handling (such as packaging leakage, return and exchange).
