  • The quality inspection for processing and customization of elastic essence lotion covers raw material inspection, production process monitoring, finished product index inspection and stability evaluation, as follows:

    1、 Raw material testing

Safety: Testing for heavy metals (lead, mercury, arsenic, etc.), microorganisms (total bacterial count, mold/yeast, pathogenic bacteria), prohibited and restricted substances (such as hormones, antibiotics), and toxicology reports for new raw materials (such as skin irritation and sensitization tests).

Functional: Verification of the content of active ingredients (such as collagen, peptides, hyaluronic acid, etc.) using instruments such as HPLC and UV to ensure that the active ingredients meet the standards.

Physical and chemical indicators: testing of basic properties such as raw material purity, pH value, solubility, odor, and appearance (such as clarity and impurities).

    2、 Production process monitoring

Semi finished product testing: Real time monitoring of paste uniformity, viscosity, pH value during emulsification process to ensure emulsion stability; Detect microbial contamination (such as total bacterial count and coliform bacteria) before filling.

Process compliance: Verify the cleanliness of the production environment (such as the number of dust particles and airborne bacteria detection in 10000/100000 level workshops), equipment cleanliness (residual cleaning agents and microbial residues), and operator specifications (such as disinfection processes and sterile operations).

    3、 Finished product index inspection

    (1) Physical and chemical indicators

Sensory characteristics: appearance (color uniformity, presence of layering/sedimentation), texture (extensibility, absorption), odor (consistency with formula design).

Stability: High temperature (45 ℃), low temperature (4 ℃) storage test (observe whether there is emulsification or discoloration), centrifuge test (3000 rpm, no delamination for 30 minutes).

Functional indicators: elasticity related active substance content (such as hyaluronic acid, elastin, etc.), antioxidant activity (DPPH free radical scavenging rate, etc. in vitro experiments).

    (2) Microbial indicators

Routine testing: total bacterial count (≤ 100 CFU/g), mold/yeast (≤ 100 CFU/g), fecal coliforms, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus (not detectable).

Validation of anti-corrosion system: Confirm the effectiveness of anti-corrosion agents through challenge tests (inoculation with standard bacterial solution, detection of viable bacteria at 7/14/28 days).

    (3) Safety indicators

Toxicological testing: Skin irritation test (such as single/multiple skin irritation index<0.5), eye irritation test (no irritation or mild irritation), allergy test (sensitization rate<1%).

Heavy metals and prohibited substances: lead (≤ 10ppm), mercury (≤ 1ppm), arsenic (≤ 2ppm), methanol (≤ 2000ppm), etc. Prohibited substances (such as hydroquinone, glucocorticoids) must not be detected.

    (4) Efficacy verification (optional)

Human clinical testing: Compare skin elasticity and wrinkle improvement data before and after use using devices such as VISIA skin detector and Cutometer elasticity meter, or conduct consumer feedback surveys.

In vitro efficacy testing: cell viability testing (such as fibroblast proliferation rate), collagen production detection (ELISA method), etc.

    4、 Packaging and label inspection

Compatibility testing: whether packaging materials (such as bottle bodies and pump heads) release harmful substances (such as plasticizer migration) or experience material deformation, adsorption of components, and other issues when in contact with the contents.

Label compliance: check whether the ingredient list (INCI name), production batch number, shelf life, executive standards (such as QB/T 2286 lotion standard), warning words (such as "avoid contact with eyes"), etc. meet the requirements of the Cosmetics Supervision and Administration Regulations.

    5、 Sample retention and traceability

Long term sample observation: Finished product samples are stored for one year after the shelf life, and microbiological and physicochemical indicators are regularly rechecked to monitor shelf life stability.

Traceability system: Establish a full process traceability file for raw material batch numbers, production batches, and testing reports to ensure that quality issues can be quickly traced and recalled.

Through the above multidimensional testing, it can be ensured that the elastic essence emulsion meets customized requirements and industry standards in terms of safety, stability, efficacy, and compliance.
